WHERE DO I GET MY PRE-OP LABS AND CHEST X-RAY DONE?
Pre-Operative Labs and Chest X-Rays
- Worker's Comp patients: Quest or Clinical Pathology Laboratories (CPL) & Steinberg Desert Radiology, or Simon Med.
- Lien Patients: American Specialty Labs & Steinberg or Simon Med.
- Private Insurance: Varies - please check with your insurance provider for your preferred in-network lab and radiologist. We work with CPL, Quest, and Labcorp & Steinberg, Desert Radiology, Simon Med, and Pueblo Imagining.
DO YOU ACCEPT WALK-IN PATIENTS?
Patients are seen by appointment only. Please contact scheduling at 702.275.7277 opt #1 or email us at appointments@igmdlv.com to check availability.
ARE YOU ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS FOR PRIMARY CARE?
While IG Medical is taking on pre-op and Hormone Replacement Therapy patients, we are currently closed to new Primary Care Patients. You are welcome to contact our office to be added to our wait list.

WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS & HOW CAN I REACH YOU?
Our office is open Monday-Thursday 8am to 4pm and Friday 8am - Noon.
We are in clinic Monday - Thursday 2:30pm - 4:30pm and Friday 8am - 2pm.
If you reach our office during clinic hours, please leave a detailed message and your contact information and your call will be returned during regular business hours. We are not able to return your call if you do not leave a message.

I NEED REFILLS, WHAT OPTIONS DO I HAVE?
- Call us at 702.275.7277 and select the option for "Medication Refills". Leave a voicemail with your full name, medication (including dosage and frequency), and pharmacy information.
- Email refills@igmdlv.com *Please note, if you email us your refill requests, you agree to receive correspondence regarding your PHI, electronically.
